Greetings!

The Kansas Concealed Carry Handgun course is an eight hour training session as mandated by Senate Bill 418 and House Bill 2118. Persons wishing to make an application for a permit MUST complete the training class before they can send in an application.

We at TVSAA will be offering this class on Saturday and Sunday through out July, August and September of 2006.

Additional classes will be scheduled in later months, as needed. (Current Schedule)

Cost: $100.00 per person, payable upon arrival to the course.

What do you need to bring?

bulletThe course fee
bulletHandgun of your choice: Pistol, or revolver
bulletA minimum of 50 rounds of FACTORY ammunition (Factory ammunition is a requirement by the state)
bulletEye protection and ear protection
bulletA sack lunch as we will be eating during a noon break.
bulletRefreshments such as water, coffee or tea.
bulletA notebook, paper, pens or pencils.

What do I have to do to become certified?

bulletEmail thundervalley@cox.net in order to obtain additional information and an application.
bulletAttend the eight hour training session. You MUST Be present for ALL portions of the class.
bulletPass a 25 question test
bulletBe safe on the range
bulletPass the Qualification course of fire with 18hits of the 25 possible on the official target.
