Just an advisement that effective this date, TSA has returned the
penalty for hits on a no shoot/non-threat BACK to the 10 second penalty
per HIT!  Please figure this into the stages that are created for the
April Match.  Our current score sheets will therefore be usable.

BTW. In calculating the score sheets, I noticed that the greatest impact
on a competitors time when shooting limited vickers stages is the
dropped shot penalty. I am certain that this will carry over to vickers
and other stages as well.
 Five seconds per miss REALLY adds up during a match. This is something
to keep in mind when one is shooting. Its great to shoot fast, but the
way that TSA scoring is set up, accuracy and speed are rewarded nearly
equally.
